Last weekend I had an excellent time doing a photoshoot for a gorgeous family. It went really well, the family were lovely, and so much fun. The 2 children were running around all over the place smiling and laughing, I couldn't really asked for it to go better, apart from the weather. The weather was not kind to me. I had planned lots of outdoor photos but it was just too cold and rainy (funny that, in December!) But luckily I had a plan incase it rained, so we just went indoors instead! Here are some of my favourite ones of the day (also photo of the week, that is my absolute fave):

Holga Fun
Wednesday, 10 December 2008
I have been playing with my Holga camera recently and have had some lovely results, I really like the subdued colours and blurry edges, so unpredictable. It is also great fun to take photos with this camera, it feels like you are playing around and not taking things too seriously which usually results in some great photos!:

The one below is my Mum and Dad, I absolutely love this photograph!

another one!

I found another cute polaroid, this was taken about a year and a half ago when John took me to the zoo for my birthday, a little marmosette climbed on my head that day!
ps (the colours are more vivid on my computer - it looks more like it should over on flickr, no idea why!)
simple is best

Sometimes the most simple things are the most beautiful. I am in the middle of sorting out my shop on Dawanda (www.carolinehancox.dawanda.com) and found this polaroid I took a few months ago, thought I'd share it with you.
