A little while ago John surprised me with a trip to Sedir in Angel (a yummy Turkish restaurant), this is the first place that we went to when we came back to England after we met so it was really nice to revisit it. It was tasty too!

Ian is on the left and I am on the right. Another Glastonbury shot from me, it was just amazing, I really need to scan the others and I am also waiting patiently for a 120 slide roll of film to come back from the developers - it is going to take 7 - 10 days! I don't think I can wait that long, what if the photos are no good, oh its just too much!

This is my edition for the theme of work for the very fabulous What is England Project. It was taken in the studio, I love it when the sun comes subtly through the blinds, makes everything better! You can just see the corner of my computer in the bottom left hand side.I was looking through the selection and my favourites are Andrew Moyeham, Dean Gillion, David Ryle, Stephanie Rushton, Vicky Slater, Andrew Newson and Sarah Amy Smith. I know that is quite a lot of favourites, but they are all pretty good!

My Nana, you wouldn't ever be able to guess but it was her 80th birthday party that day!
To Carlina (milki.c) for adding me to her inspiration board over on flickr. There are some really excellent photos in this selection as you can see below.
Also thanks for voting and leaving nice comments, I didn't win unfortunately but it was close and the good comments meant a lot to me as there were a few really snotty and snide ones which isn't very nice! I think I need to grow a thicker skin. I have been asked to participate in August's artist of the month and I am thinking about it at the mo. Not sure I want the mean comments again!
I have my glastonbury photos back I just need a minute (or many) to scan them all. then they will be up on here. In the mean time, here are some random photos from the rest of June, it was a pretty good month!

Just catching up on 114 miles, I was away at Glastonbury last week (it was amazing again!) and havn't really stopped since. I have just got my photos developed so I will share some here when I have got the scanner out!
