Lincoln in the snow and Craft Fairs

So it was quite an eventful weekend - we had snow, not just a dustin either - at least 5cms!!. This may not sound too eventful for most people but it is a big deal over here - the country just goes completely loopy. Everything stops and every single conversation starts with either "its a bit nippy today isn't it?" or "its snowing" or "i'll never get my car out in this" or "its too cold to leave the house" or "make sure you wrap up warm" or a variety of any of the above.

It was possibly not the best weekend to do my first craft fair but nevertheless I think it went pretty well. It was quite quiet because of the weather but I sold quite a few cards and a some prints, and about half the people that came by said nice things and bought something, so I am taking that as a success. Here are some things I learnt:

1. It is not as scary as I thought it was.
2. It is OK if everyone that looks at your work doesn't buy it - it is not a personal attack!
3. I took waaaaaay too much stuff - next time I will be streamlining my collection, it wouldn't all fit on the table and I realised that I probably had too many prints to look through, but then choosing my favourites is always a problem.
4. It is very very good if you have a happy helper with you - thanks John, you were fab!

Things lately

Been really busy getting things ready for the Tower Barzaar this weekend (Engine Shed Tower Bar, Lincoln 10 - 5, come along!!). I should really have moved my production line into my studio (ahem, spare room!) but I was lonely up there and Johny was home, so the tiny table in the lounge just about worked. That little leather pouch is a snazzy business card holder, it is the most gorgeous soft recycled leather from Erin Templeton I saw it over on fieldguided blog and then followed the links and it just sort of ended up in my hands! Shouldn't be trusted with the internet, I buy stuff. Other photos are exciting things to come so this is your sneak preview warning shot!

Tidy Desk and Captain Scott

I thought that the state of my desk was getting a bit ridiculous so in the spirit of new years, resolutions and all that, I gave it a spring clean and it looks fab! I mean, you can actually the the desk and the computer! Here is a quick before and after as it amused me just how messy it was and will hopefully serve as a reminder not to let it get that way again!

It is called The Poladarium and is a calendar with a beautiful poladroid photo for each day, I really love mine, it is nice to have a different image every day. In completly other news, I heard on the news that it is the 100th anniversary of Captain Scott's mission to the South Pole. I had no idea that it was the anniversary but strangly enough I am halfway through reading this book about the mission!

I also heard that the Scott Polar institute (which in another coincidence, I happen to work right next door too) has bought some new images from the mission. I think I will pop in one lunchtime this week to have a look. I can't quite believe that I have never been? Bit silly of me really.

Oh and before any of you ask, No I havn't just shoved everything on my desk out of the photo! It is really and truthfully tidied up all put away in draws and everything!

My Friend Ann wrote on her blog about how this winter has been such a non-winter after the mountains of snow and ice (way more dramatic than the drizzle we're having this year) that she is filling her office for flowers and pretending that it is not dark at 5pm. So I thought I'd help with these warming images of summers swimming in lakes and some spring blossom. We can at least pretens eh?

Saying all that, I would love some snow so we can all wrap up warm and snuggle under blankets or go for long walks in the crisp fresh winter air.

Tower Bazaar

There is a Brand New Handmade/Vintage market starting in Lincoln on the 14th of January (I know that sounds like ages away but it really isn't!) In the Tower Bar at the Engine Shed. The bazaar will then be held on the 1st Sat of every month. I am having a stall on February the 4th (first one ever, quite scared!). So if you are in the area of fancy a day out in Lincoln, which I highly recommend anyway then please come along and support all the lovely hand made goodness.

I am planning on placing an advert for my wedding photography business on some blogs and also in a local listings magazine. I have come up with some possible ideas but I can't decide if any of them are any good or which one is the best so I am asking you guys! Please let me know what you think. For the blog ones there doesn't have to be any website info as they are click through links but the local listing magazine is printed so there needs to be my web address and contact info. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated!

The ads are quite small so they need to be eye catching but not too cluttered.

Ribbon Squirrel

If you are wondering about the name of my shop (my Mum was!) then it is a bit of a nick name my boyfriend gave me because I have a tendency to collect pretty things like ribbon and then put them 'in safe places' then completely forget all about them. John than comes along and opens a draws to find a perfectly rolled up little bundle of ribbon - hence ribbon squirrel!

I am also taking part in the Poppytalk handmade market which went live this morning and there looks like there are loads of goodies on there. I'm going to round up my favourite pieces and write about them another time but in the meantime head on over there to have a look at all the handmade lovelyness.

I just found this photo whilst looking around in my archives and felt like it needed to be shared. I love that feeling of jumping into the water. The slight fear before you jump off then the anticipation as you are in the air and then, if your like me the undignified spluttering once you've hit the water and its gone up your nose! Isla and Chris Part I

I am really excited to be able to share these photos with you. They were from a wedding I did at the beginning of September. As you can see it was a gorgeously sunny day (which if you are in the UK yo will know that that was a very lucky thing!). I don't think Isla and Chris stopped grinning and making gooey eyes at each other all day, it was completely beautiful to watch. The day was also full of hugs, laughter and genuine massive smiles from all the family and guests too. I was even lucky enough to get quite a few hugs as well which is always a good thing - who doesn't love a hug!

The big day was held at Magdalene College in Cambridge which is right on the river Cam with a stunning garden and dinner was served in the hall (think Harry Potter and you're not too far off!). Here is the first batch, there are many many more to come. I hope you like them and a huge cngratulations and thankyou to Isla and Chris, you two are very very good eggs!

Johny went cycling in Wales the other weekend so I tagged along and took a few snaps while he was biking and then afterwards we stayed in this little camping pod which was kind of like what I imagine a hobbit house to be like crossed with a fancy shed - highly recommended! That evening we crashed a lovely local girls 30th birthday party in the nearby pub and danced to 80s disco songs all night long! I heart Wales a lot.

Edit: I have been asked where the camping was, It was in a little place called Cwmcarn, near Newport, south Wales. I should of posted a link before but here is the link to the campsite now:

(you can also pitch your own tent) there is a great visitors centre too with an excellent café that did a mean fry up and the cakes looked tasty - maybe next time!

Exhibition and New Business Cards

There is a preview tonight for an exhibition that I am featured in (6 -8pm at Curwens Gallery, Royston, please come if you're local!), I'll be showcasing a selection of new circular prints (that is a blog exclusive!) so I needed some new business cards and labels. Snorkeling fun

Earlier on in the summer, I discovered snorkeling! I had never really got on with this before, I think I kept going too far below the water and then breathing in the water, plus it doesn't really work with glasses and Royston swimming pool isn't a very inspiring place to do it! So basically me and snorkeling never got on, that is until now. Armed with contact lenses, the Mediterranean sea and making sure I didn't swim too deep (I found keeping your bum out of the sea helps) I gave it a proper go and really really loved it. Here are some things I saw. I have no idea what the last one is but wouldn't it look good next to this one?

Entopic Group

In other news, I havn't shared a little story on here in a while so I thought I'd tell you about a stupid thing that happened to me the other day as it made me chuckle.

Basically, I cannot parallel park. I try every now and again in the vague hope that I may of learnt it in my sleep or something - never do! The other night there was a space right outside my house that was plenty big enough for my car so I thought I'd give it a go. I tried for what felt like half an hour (more likely 5 mins but I was starting to get a smidge stressed) to get my car in this gap. I even drove down the road, turned round and tried from the other direction. But nothing, there was no getting my car in that gap. I live on quite a busy street so lots of people had to drive past me whilst watching my attempts and I am pretty sure that my neighbours were laughing looking out their windows too - not that I blame then, I would of done the same. In the end I had to admit defeat and go and park it down the road under the bird poo trees (official name, no-one parks under these trees if they can help it, you can guess why). Anyway safe to say I had to wash my car yesterday because of the birds. I can't help thinking that if I was filmed trying to park my car, it would of been a funny watch!

A few weeks ago I had a great commission to take some photos of this gorgeous bedroom for an Interior Designers portfolio. I had a great day working with a lovely stylist and these photos are the result. I shot the bathroom too so I'll post those photos up here sometime soon. August has been a pretty hectic month I've just seen how little I've been updating this blog so I'll try to be better and be back soon with some holiday tales, photos, exhibition news (maybe even a little sneak preview), print shop opening, a new website, more commissioned photos, a wedding and maybe even some random ramblings about stuff I've seen. The sky all through July

Every day in July I took a photo of the sky - just to see what t would look like. Turns out it was very pretty, even the days where the sky was just grey turned out to be way more than just grey. This morning I finished The Girl Who Kicked The Hornets' Nest which if you don't know is the last in a series of 3 books, the first one being The Girl With The Dragon Tattoo. I didn't think I was going to enjoy them that much but my boyfriend bought them so they were kind of lying around. I just picked the first one up and then 3 books later, I'm done! The trouble is now, that I've been reading them for quite a while that I now feel that weird void-like feeling you get (or is it just me?) when you finish a good book. What an earth am I going to do now when I'm on the train or sitting in the sun or sneaking a few pages in before I go to bed?

I badly need suggestions for another book - or 3?

We are having pop (by that I mean rubbish) weather here at the moment its flipping July, some sun would be good! Or at least a dramatic thunderstorm (they know how to do that in Mallorca, see above!).

Oh, and yes I am aware that I am a massive moaning cliché for talking about the weather but its what us Brits do, if the weather is bad then at least we can moan about it, try it people!

I've been looking through my archives (and by that I mean jumble of images and folders on various different hard drives, I don't make it easy!) looking for photos to turn into massive posters and uncovered this selection of entirely unrelated images that I thought you might like to see. Its not often I'm in a black and white mood but I love these results, and might do it a bit more.

The reason I was looking for images is I'm opening a little shop on the internet with poster sized prints. The top photo from this selection might make the grade, can you imagine it printed large with all those rich dark tones and highlighted plants - yummy! What do you think?

I'm feeling a little dazed

I won't go on about it as I know its boring if you weren't there but just wanted to share this pic (and maybe a few more later if thats OK?) and say that yet again Glastonbury was fantastic. I've scrubbed all the mud off, feel a bit dazed and am still letting it all sink in. Some of my highlights include Primal Scream, they bounced on stage and was increrdible all the way through with a brilliant small gospel choir as backing singers, Bog Boi - shutterbug and Ms Jackson (need I say more?), Jimmy Cliff, Tinie Tempah (such a cutie), a naked man on stage in the cabaret tent, Beyonce was just beautiful, the silent disco (if you are as scepticle about this as I was, then don't be - just do it, its fun I promise) dan le sac vs Scroobius Pip and also Pulp popped up as special guests. There was difinetly loads more but right now my brain is hurting so I'm off to get a coffee and hide under my desk, I might go for a walk in the rain later with my wellies on and sleep in my garden to try and re-live it.

Longest day

The weather isn't as good as last years summer solstice so I thought I'd share a few more photos of sunny Mallorca instead. We were on a boat the majority of the holiday and I couldn't resist taking many many photos of the water. It was constantly changes colours with the weather/time of day/depth, you could take a photo of he water the most gorgeous green colour (see 2 posts below) and then half an hour later the sun had gone in and it was a gorgeous deep grey colour. Endless inspiration and just complete gorgeousness. Basically what I am trying to say is brace yourself for seascape overload in the near future, or when I have had a chance to edit them all! Getting back to the weather, can you do me a favour and keep your fingers crossed for good weather (or at least as little rain as possible) over the next few days, or I'm going to be very soggy and miserable when we go here.

I'm still puzzled about the black highlights, I really want to know why it does this. Its happened here, here and here and others that I havn't scanned. There must be a clever scientific reason for this and I know I've asked before but can anyone shed any light?

After spending a week without the internet, I have definitely been making up for it this week! I thought that I might be able to sustain a sensible level of usage but it just didn't work. I have found a whole host of new (to me) sites and blogs which I want to share but am short on time at the mo so it'll be something I'll do soon. Meanwhile I've been messing about with some images I took whilst away, hope you like.

Actually I think you will find I have! I just happen to be naturally pale so what you guys call "not very brown" is, in actual fact the most tanned I have ever been in my entire life!!!!! So please do not greet me with "did you have a nice time, oh you're not very brown" I'll either cry or give you a death stare - consider yourselves warned.

ps. I know its bad for you and I always wear sun tan lotion and seek out the shade etc etc etc (believe me its not a pretty sight when I don't!) but it nice to be a little sunkissed when you've spent a week in the sun!

A whole week off

Last week I had a whole week off without the internet - no checking emails, looking at any blogs/websites/facebook/flickr. A compeltely computer free week, in fact my phone ran out of battery half way through and I didn't charge it up until last night. I can completely recommend it, switching off is good. The only downside though is that I have spent most of today sifting through a mountain of emails. But never mind it was worth it! So I am just stopping by to share a few photos of Palma de Mallorca which is where I escaped too and was gorgeous.

Also does anyone know how to get inside the fuji instax mini camera to clean the rollers? As you can see, mine has developed a spotting effect which I kind of like but probably should try to clean the rollers up to stop it?

Things to do

I have a massive to do list, but then thats no surprise, doesn't everyone? That isn't really the point of this post though, but as I wrote the title a 'to do' list popped up into my head! What I really meant to say was I want to turn my photos into other things - things that are more touchable and real than film negs or digital files and I am not sure yet, what other things to turn them in to? I have been researching all sorts of avenues which I shan't bore you with yet but one of the things I am definitely hoping to so is really big posters and last night I got home to a test proof which looks so good, the print quality is great and the paper is fab. So hopefully sometime soon(ish) I will be opening up my very own little internet shop. Please keep your fingers crossed for me that it goes OK won't you, its a little scary! I have also been researching some other avenues and can't stop thinking about patterns and collages and cutting holes in things - is that healthy do you think?!

Because its Friday and you only live once and they are so pretty!! I am not normally a fan of fancy shots, I must say but I was doing a shoot on Monday night in a bar and these little beauties were served up to take photos of. I can't tell you what they tasted of but apparently they were good.

Basically what I want to say is its Friday - have a good, fun and full weekend!

Juggling Pat

I've had these images in a folder on my hard drive called 'spring at the botanics' for so lond now that its not even Spring anymore. Better late than ever, I won't bore you with all the blossom pics though, it probably is a bit late for those!

I think this'll probably be the last photos of snowy goodness for a while but I can't resist the mountains for long so I'm sure they'll be back! Thanks for all the lovely comments and emails about the snowy photos.

I'm not sure if you can really see it but, right in the middle of the village in the bottom photo is a little place called Chalet Chardons and I was lucky enough to have lived there for a whole season a few years ago, so much fun I can't even begin to tell you. Also photo number 5 is where I attempted my first jumps ever (it still counts even if they were tiny green kickers) on my snowboard - AND I even managed to land most of them!! I always thought I wasn't a jumper but I was so wrong.

New little camera

It was time for a new camera, I couldn't resist anymore. I have had my eye on this one for a while now and finally justified it in my head to buy it. Need a bit more practice at the exposure settings but other than that - I am in love!

Japanese kitten

I found this in an old photo frame of a picture of my mum and dad that was stashed away in their garage (i was trying to dig out the picture to make a scan for my wall). I thought it deserved showing to the world rather than being used as padding in a photo frame!

Flat light for snowboarding = bad

Flat light for photographs in the mountains = good

We only had one day of weather like this, the rest was beautiful blue skis and sunshine so excellent for snowboarding but I love the otherworldly/dreamlike look that flat light gives to photos. I would take sunshine any day though!

I recently bought this print from Nancy who goes under the (frankly genius) name of Pretty Little Thieves. She is an excellent illustrator and is selling some of her prints at the moment with all proceeds going to the Red Cross to help out Japan. My parcel came yesterday and not only was the print I ordered gorgeous but look at how beautifully it was packaged (top picture) and she also sent me a little note and as a bonus (she has been an internet friend for a while now) another drawing.

If anyone wants a lovely print in exchange for helping out others go and visit her shop now.

Also, I have donated one of my prints (this one if you are interested) to a silent auction for Japan. The auction is being held at The Horatia, in North London on Saturday afternoon. Photo Swaps

I want to conduct a little experiment (I am a photographer for the Chemistry Department after all, some of it must of rubbed off!) and I need your help or interest.

Basically I have a boring blank wall in my living room and I would love to decorate it with a few choice 6x4 inch swapped photographs. I thought it would be a nice idea to swap as it is a good way of sharing art and brightening up everyones day. So I am asking you all if you would be interested in swapping a 6 x 4 inch 300dpi file of a photograph for one of mine? - you get to choose from my photos which one you want.

Just in case I get loads and loads of responses to this post (you never know!) the space I have in mind isn't huge so I may not be able to swap with everyone - please don't be offended.

Unusual connections - its just how my brain works!

I was watching this little short film (which is so beautiful and calming) and it reminded me of some of these images I took a while ago at a Ginger gig. I meant to share them on here before but other stuff happened and I forgot! You might not be able to see the similarities - one is in a dirty club and the other a beautiful aquarium but its the silhouetted people and the LCD camera screens that I was drawn to and what I made the connection between. See for yourself, am I mad?!

I've recently bought a new camera with HD video so I am planning on making some amazing and probably oscar worthy(!) short films soon. Well, as soon as I can work out how to get the films from my camera to computer and then into a usable format - might be a while them!

ps. I don't know who the boy is in the 2nd photo but he's very pretty!

Golden Rays

As a result of this little incident, I had to put my trainers in the wash - well they didn't survive, they sort of disintegrated so I'm wearing an old pair. Not a problem except that I had forgotten about the hole in the bottom until I walked to work this morning in the rain and rediscovered it! Stupid rain and stupid shoes!

Now I know this isn't really a big deal, my foot will dry out and there are worse things in the world so not really complaining, just saying!

To combat the perpetual drizzle we seem to be getting here some rays from a warm summer eve - wouldn't that be nice.

Daydreaming of Snow

Its not long now until I can get my snowboard back on and zoom down the mountain - speed is your friend! (that might be a bit of an over exaggeration, its more like clumsily get down with every now and then a smidgen of style!). But either way its not long to go now!!!

So I decided to look back at my old photos to get even more excited and to pray to the snow gods to dump a massive amount of snow between now and when we go, I have heard that it is needed at the moment. Then while we are there I would like nothing but blue skis during the day and snow at night to top up the lovely powder. Thats not asking too much is it?

Weddings and Yoga Class

Strange title I know but I wanted to dedicate this post to the wonderful lady who made my day when she fell fast asleep at the end of yoga class this week. If you are by some majorly amazingly freakish coincidence reading this this then I just want you to know that I think you are brilliant!! For those who have never been to a yoga class before let me tell you a bit about it. At the end of the session - after all the stretching and press ups and stretching and lunges and stretching (its hard -don't be fooled by the look of it!) you then have to lie on the floor with the lights out and concentrate on your breathing, deep breaths - in and out - in and out - in and out - zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz! Every week I nearly drop off! So I salute you lady that did, and no you didn't snore but I love you for asking me if you did. Next week I propose that the breathing bit last for the whole hour and dropping off is mandatory!

To completely change the subject I really wanted to show you all some photos from a wedding I did last year, I don'r often show all the commercial stuff I do on my blog but I thought that I might start to show a bit more, starting with weddings. I am really keen to do lots more weddings this year as I really enjoyed the ones I did last year. It is such a happy day, everyone is smiling and looking gorgeous and I really feel privileged to be let in by people to document their special day. The wedding I want to show you today is Kim and Paul's special day, it was such a good day. The location was near to Dartmoor in Devon so there were fab views looking across the moor from the beautiful old venue - the weather was great (apart from a few spots of rain but that didn't stop the fun!) and the people couldn't of been lovelier!

I think this is the longest post I have ever written. I hope you made it all the way down here!!

Orangutans

I am a big big fan of Orangutans. I love their gangly long arms and legs and there little faces. I would love to visit the sanctuary in Borneo where they carry around baby orangutans in wheelbarrows and washing baskets all wrapped up in blankets! One look into these big beautiful eyes and thats it, I usually cry! (to be honest it doesn't take a lot to make me cry! I cry at old people, babies, anything small, when people are nice, or hurt, or mean, or happy, sometimes adverts and at most films!)

Brand spanking new project

I have been wanting to do a new personal project for a while now but all the ideas I have had have never really come off. I am always full of good intentions for for one reason or another they never really get off the ground. I still have a few of these ideas sizzling away in the back of my mind currently cooking away but the other day a flash of inspiration hit. I had that thought - "why on earth did I not think of this before?!" and have since started a project which I can see running for a while. I have no deadline as it is just for me but it is started so its all shiny fresh new and exciting. By the way, I'm not telling you what it is about yet but here is a sneaky little peak.

It is important to do personal projects and to do something that you can really get your teeth into, otherwise it can become a formality and like you don't ever do things just for you. NOT THAT I AM COMPLAINING ABOUT THIS AT ALL, please don't misunderstand me! I love that I can actually work in photography and that I am lucky enough that people want me to take photos for them. That is not what I am getting at - I am not moaning or complaing about the fact that I am lucky to have work, that would be stupid! I just think that a personal little project on the side is a good thing and as no-one sees the world exactly how you do yourself, it is always going to be a unique view and keeps your mind focussed on something exciting.

What is England - Rural

The What is England project that I have been involved with is now all finished! I can't believe it has been a year since we started this. There are some really great photos on the website, this is my last image for the project. The theme was Rural, so this was taken in the fields near to my Mums house which is always a great place to go to take photos. There are loads of photo opportunities and overgrown-ness (which if you know me then you know I have a fondness for a wasteland or 2 - not saying you live in near a wasteland Mum!) Anyway, moving swiftly on. I think that the whole project was a success and I am feel really pleased and privilidged to be a part of it so thank you to Stuart Pilkington for organising it all.

As usual there are loads of great shots, some of my favourites this time are:

Derbyshire - Andy Greaves this one reminds me of going to the cattle market near my Nanas house when I was little and wanting to buy a lamb, it was only 50p but I wasn't aloud! I know, outrageous. I still havn't gotten over it!

Muddy feet, pretty light and Cambridge Cows

At the moment I have an excellent little job that involves taking photographs in lots of pretty Cambridgeshire villages.

So, on Monday as the sun was shining, which in itself is pretty remarkable at the moment! I went off to shoot some photos in Granchester. A particularly pretty village south of Cambridge (the photos above were taken during a refreshment and refueling stop, the light was just so gorgeous that I couldn't resist taking a few snaps).

While I was there I decided to take some photos of the famous Cambridge Cows, now I am little nervous walking through fields of cows as they are so huge but I braved it and wondered into the field to get a shot. I only had my 50mm lens with me so I had to get quite close to them. After I had got as close as I dared (see photo below how close I got - not very as it turned out!) I walked off across the field towards the gate. This is when I had the bright idea of checking my emails on my phone. I was in the middle of reading my emails in my own little world, when I realised that the ground had gotten very very squishy and muddy. I looked down to see my feet sinking into the mud. I then had the choice to either go back the way I had come or push on through. I decided to carry on going to the path, which turned out to be the wrong decision as about 2 steps away from the path both my feet disappeared and got properly stuck. As I lifted my feet out of the mud both shoes were left behind. I had a split second of blind panic when I realised I had my expensive camera in one hand, phone in the other and no shoes anymore! Eventually brain kicked in, I put my camera on the relative safety of the path, phone back in pocket (why did I ever think it was a good idea to check my emails in a muddy field whilst wearing trainers I do not know) and fished around in the mud for my shoes. I got them back caked in mud and made my way back, sheepishly to the car to the amusement of passers by. Luckily I had a spare pair of shoes in my car so everything was OK in the end - but funny story no?!

ps. It is now Thursday and the muddy shoes and socks are still in the back of my car, I ma kind of hoping that if leave them long enough the cleaning fairies will just magically get the mud out for me.

Welding

One of the photography jobs that I do quite regularly is for a company that manufacture welding machines (amongst a lot of other things) called Welding Alloys, I recently went to take some shots of one the machines in action, its quite a tricky thing to photograph as you can't look directly at the machine while its welding so I've developed an unusual way of shooting which I can't tell you about as its my little secret but look, it works!

I got the early train today which at 6.30 this morning in bed seemed like the end of the world but I'm glad I did because I had forgotten that the early train also means 'the very entertaining school train'. So this morning on the way to work, instead of falling asleep or reading my book. I learnt all about the lives of 2 noisy boys sitting next to me (now - I wasn't eavesdropping, I think the people in the next carriage also heard all about this too). They were playing who had the bestest weekend - kissing girls, drinking the most jager bombs , staying up the lastest, being the lastest to work in the morning and saving/scoring goals in football! I think the one next to me won, but I can't be sure. It was great, I wonder what I'll learn tomorrow?

I had lots of lovely work on in December which was particularly good. It was all really varied too which always makes things interesting. Some of it I can't show yet so here is a snippet of what Iam aloud to show and some other bits we got up to too. There was a lingerie shoot for Prohibido Lingerie, some snow - although not as much as the rest of the country which we weren't very pleased about! A really fun shoot with an Andrex puppy and his big brother for the Royston Vets, Christmas cake, dinners out and a Ginger gig. Not to mention Christmas but I havn't got round to looking at those photos yet. I have my fingers crossed that 2011 will be as good. I mentioned before that I am now doing weddings, this is something that I am hoping to do more of in 2011 so if anyone out there knows someone that needs a wedding photographer, please pass on my details.
